What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with Four weeks of receiving the item. However we are not the main seller and you must contact and/or make reference to the original sellers terms for returns individually.

How soon will I receive a refund on a returned item?

Refunds are commonly made to the initial card and may take up to 30 days to credit back. However some resellers can have different policies regarding refunds, like only giving store credit or gift certificates. Please make reference to the original sellers refund policy.

Requirements for a 100 % refund

In most instances these are the basic requirements for a 100 % refund.

  • Items must be in new condition
  • Items should be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (for instance, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still inside their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic products will need to have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing have to be unworn

3rd party Seller Returns Policies

While many sellers provide a returns policy comparable to our own, some seller returns policies may vary. Each seller's return guarantee is available on the seller's web page. Handling and shipping charges for returning items shipped by way of a seller are borne by way of the buyer.

Items worth over have to be returned towards seller using a trackable shipping service. If ever the order is valued at 0 and up, insure the shipment for the value of the item and ship your return using a signature shipping service. For items below , we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: In case a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a means of return, you may not be entitled to a refund.

Freight Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers

If you should return a heavy or bulky item that was delivered with a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), go to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will direct you throughout the returns process and may request you to contact our specialized customer care team, which may schedule the pickup of your item.

Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of your item. In order to ensure that the return and refund are processed correctly.

UPS Pickups

After you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to your address with your shipping label within 1-5 working days. Make sure you've described the defect, damage, or error highlight that in the returned package. In case the original packaging still is available, return the item in this packaging. To help avoid issues with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels which might be still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup has been requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will make up to three pickup attempts. Once the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure you have your tracking number handy.
